Authorized use only. MCP Hub Security is a cybersecurity tool. By using this service you confirm that you have explicit authorization to scan every system, server, or URL you submit. Unauthorized scanning may be illegal under applicable law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MCP Hub Security (the "Service"), operated by Alice & Bob S.L. ("Alice & Bob", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

MCP Hub Security is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that performs automated cybersecurity analysis of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and related software packages. The Service detects vulnerability classes including, but not limited to:

  • Prompt injection and indirect prompt injection attacks
  • Insecure tool definitions and capability exposure
  • Supply-chain risks in MCP dependencies
  • Hardcoded credentials and secrets
  • Unsafe remote code execution paths
  • Malicious or suspicious payload patterns

Scan results are informational and are not a guarantee of security. They should be reviewed by qualified security professionals.

3. Authorized Use

You may only submit URLs, repositories, or packages that you own or for which you have explicit written authorization to perform security testing. Submitting third-party targets without authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms — and likely a criminal offense under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Unauthorized computer access is illegal worldwide. Examples of applicable legislation include, without limitation:

  • European Union: Directive 2013/40/EU on attacks against information systems; national penal codes of EU member states (e.g., Spain's Ley Orgánica 10/1995, Código Penal, arts. 197 bis and 264).
  • United States: Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), 18 U.S.C. § 1030.
  • United Kingdom: Computer Misuse Act 1990.
  • Other jurisdictions: equivalent computer crime statutes applicable where you or the target system are located.

By submitting any target to the scanner, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the owner of the target system, or
  • You hold a valid, written penetration testing or security assessment agreement with the owner, or
  • The target is a publicly distributed open-source package and you are analyzing it for defensive research purposes.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Scan systems without authorization from their owners.
  • Probe, attack, or disrupt any network, system, or service.
  • Harvest scan results to build attack tools or weaponized exploits.
  • Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
  • Resell or redistribute scan reports without prior written consent.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts and report activity to relevant authorities when we have reasonable grounds to believe a violation has occurred.

5. Account and Credits

Some features require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Credits are consumed per scan; unused credits may expire as stated in the pricing plan. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, its software, algorithms, brand, and documentation are owned by Alice & Bob S.L. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service.

Scan results you obtain about your own systems are yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your submitted data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that scan results are complete, accurate, or free from false positives or false negatives. Security findings must always be validated by qualified professionals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alice & Bob S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to security incidents, business interruption, or reliance on scan results. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Data Processing

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept our data processing practices as described therein.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Solo uso autorizado. MCP Hub Security es una herramienta de ciberseguridad. Al utilizar este servicio confirmas que dispones de autorización expresa para analizar cada sistema, servidor o URL que envíes. El escaneo no autorizado puede ser ilegal según la legislación aplicable.

1. Aceptación de los Términos

Los presentes Términos de Uso ("Términos") regulan el acceso y uso de MCP Hub Security (el "Servicio"), operado por Alice & Bob S.L. ("Alice & Bob", "nosotros"). Al acceder o utilizar el Servicio, aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices el Servicio.

2. Descripción del Servicio

MCP Hub Security es una plataforma SaaS (Software como Servicio) que realiza análisis automatizados de ciberseguridad sobre servidores Model Context Protocol (MCP) y paquetes de software relacionados. El Servicio detecta clases de vulnerabilidades que incluyen, entre otras:

  • Ataques de inyección de prompts directa e indirecta
  • Definiciones de herramientas inseguras y exposición de capacidades
  • Riesgos en la cadena de suministro de dependencias MCP
  • Credenciales y secretos codificados
  • Rutas de ejecución remota de código inseguras
  • Patrones de carga útil maliciosa o sospechosa

Los resultados del análisis son informativos y no constituyen una garantía de seguridad. Deben ser revisados por profesionales de seguridad cualificados.

3. Uso Autorizado

Solo puedes enviar URLs, repositorios o paquetes que sean de tu propiedad o para los cuales dispongas de autorización escrita expresa para realizar pruebas de seguridad. El envío de objetivos de terceros sin autorización está estrictamente prohibido y constituye una violación de estos Términos — y probablemente un delito según la legislación de tu jurisdicción.

El acceso no autorizado a sistemas informáticos es ilegal en todo el mundo. Algunos ejemplos de legislación aplicable, sin carácter exhaustivo:

  • Unión Europea: Directiva 2013/40/UE relativa a los ataques contra los sistemas de información; códigos penales nacionales de los estados miembros (p. ej., Ley Orgánica 10/1995, Código Penal español, arts. 197 bis y 264).
  • Estados Unidos: Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), 18 U.S.C. § 1030.
  • Reino Unido: Computer Misuse Act 1990.
  • Otras jurisdicciones: normativa equivalente sobre delitos informáticos aplicable en el lugar donde te encuentres tú o donde esté ubicado el sistema objetivo.

Al enviar cualquier objetivo al escáner, declaras y garantizas que:

  • Eres propietario del sistema objetivo, o
  • Dispones de un acuerdo válido y por escrito de pruebas de penetración o evaluación de seguridad con el propietario, o
  • El objetivo es un paquete de código abierto distribuido públicamente y lo analizas con fines de investigación defensiva.

4. Usos Prohibidos

Te comprometes a no utilizar el Servicio para:

  • Escanear sistemas sin autorización de sus propietarios.
  • Sondear, atacar o interrumpir cualquier red, sistema o servicio.
  • Recopilar resultados de análisis para construir herramientas de ataque o exploits armados.
  • Eludir límites de velocidad, autenticación o controles de acceso.
  • Revender o redistribuir informes de análisis sin consentimiento previo por escrito.
  • Utilizar el Servicio para cualquier fin ilegal o en violación de estos Términos.

Nos reservamos el derecho a suspender cuentas y notificar a las autoridades competentes cuando tengamos motivos razonables para creer que se ha producido una infracción.

5. Cuenta y Créditos

Algunas funcionalidades requieren una cuenta registrada. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales. Los créditos se consumen por cada análisis; los créditos no utilizados pueden caducar según lo indicado en el plan de precios. Los créditos no son reembolsables, salvo lo que exija la legislación aplicable.

6. Propiedad Intelectual

Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre el Servicio, su software, algoritmos, marca y documentación pertenecen a Alice & Bob S.L. o sus licenciantes. Nada en estos Términos te transfiere derechos de propiedad. No puedes copiar, descompilar, aplicar ingeniería inversa ni crear obras derivadas basadas en el Servicio.

Los resultados de análisis que obtengas sobre tus propios sistemas son tuyos. Nos otorgas una licencia limitada y no exclusiva para procesar los datos enviados únicamente con el fin de prestar el Servicio.

7. Exclusión de Garantías

El Servicio se presta "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas. No garantizamos que los resultados del análisis sean completos, exactos ni estén libres de falsos positivos o falsos negativos. Los hallazgos de seguridad deben ser validados siempre por profesionales cualificados.

8. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la medida máxima permitida por la ley aplicable, Alice & Bob S.L. no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos derivados del uso del Servicio, incluyendo, sin limitación, incidentes de seguridad, interrupción del negocio o la confianza en los resultados del análisis. Nuestra responsabilidad agregada total no superará el importe abonado por ti en los doce meses anteriores a la reclamación.

9. Tratamiento de Datos

Tratamos los datos personales de conformidad con nuestra Política de Privacidad y el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD). Al utilizar el Servicio, reconoces y aceptas nuestras prácticas de tratamiento de datos descritas en ella.

10. Modificaciones del Servicio y los Términos

Nos reservamos el derecho a modificar o interrumpir el Servicio en cualquier momento. Notificaremos de forma razonable los cambios materiales en estos Términos por correo electrónico o mediante un aviso en el Servicio. El uso continuado tras la notificación constituye la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.

11. Rescisión

Podemos suspender o cancelar tu cuenta si incumples estos Términos. Puedes cerrar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde el panel de control. Tras la rescisión, tu derecho a usar el Servicio cesa de inmediato. Los apartados 6, 7, 8 y 11 sobreviven a la rescisión.

12. Ley Aplicable y Resolución de Disputas

Estos Términos se rigen por la legislación española. Cualquier disputa se someterá a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de Madrid, España, salvo que las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor de tu jurisdicción dispongan otra cosa.
